Some items were double charged and others were triple charged, alas they were unable to publicly acknowledge this but at a mediation meeting in the COURT HOUSE ”top dog major” let it slip that the suspicions of the leaseholders that some items that were being charged onto “ONE BLOCK” needed to be divided by 3 because there were 3 blocks.
Unfortunately it was a confidential meeting and they retracted this statement so we could not pursue it further.
