Here will be revealed a true horror story of how a London council would have taken more than double the true costs for works done to leaseholders flats, if not legally challenged firmly and determinedly.
All because they made a gigantic cock up with computer input and instead of doing the decent thing and saying “sorry folks, were investigating the bills are on hold until we sort this out”.
They attempted to explain the poor arithmetic with balloney and bamboozlement.
The story was being told at www.ltb.viviti.com from about July to Autumn 2008 in the form of a diary, detailing the intense bargaining. But unfortunately the diary had to be taken down and replaced with adapted content. However this original content is still in places like the google and technorati archives and maybe even inside yahoo and other search engine archives.
This blog will reveal the open letters and bargaining that took place prior to Autumn (the fall) 2008 letters and bargaining that was disclosed to other affected leaseholders up until a week day morning in the Autumn of 2008
